Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and compliance. Preference for candidates retired from BMC (municipal/civic background) with strong knowledge of infrastructure and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall facility operations and maintenance
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with local authority norms and safety standards
- Handle vendor management, AMCs, and service contracts
- Monitor repairs, utilities, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong facility and operations management skills
- Knowledge of civic/municipal regulations
- Vendor management and team handling
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Technical background preferred
- 8–15 years experience in facility/operations
- Retired BMC / municipal candidates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
