Full-Time Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist – Managed IT Support (Australia)

We are an Australian-based Managed IT Support company looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join us as a full-time remote contractor and become a key extension of our team.

This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership of SEO, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing strategy while working independently and delivering measurable results.

As we are an Australian company and do not have a local business entity in India, this role is offered as an independent contractor position, not a local payroll employment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEO strategy across our website and digital assets
• Audit websites and identify and resolve technical SEO, crawl, and indexing issues
• Create keyword-led content briefs and support content planning
• Improve rankings, organic traffic, and website conversions
• Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns and ad groups
• Manage and support both organic and paid social media activity
• Develop marketing funnels that align organic, paid, and social efforts
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting
• Recommend and implement improvements based on data and results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategy
• Experience using AI tools and a practical understanding of AI-driven SEO concepts
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes
• Strong reporting, communication, and planning skills
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and Canva will be highly regarded
• Experience in Managed IT, technology, or B2B marketing will be highly regarded
