Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at BrowserStack, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth from existing commercial-segment customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to take ownership of a book of accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also be involved in hunting for new business within the assigned territory. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working in a start-up environment and engaging with a technical audience of global customers during the US shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Farming:
- Take ownership of a defined book of commercial accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within existing customer organizations.
- Expansion and Growth:
- Understand customer's business and software development lifecycle to identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Drive adoption of new BrowserStack products and increase seat count.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership:
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle for both expansion and new business.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
- Hunting for New Business:
- Actively prospect within the assigned territory to land new logos.
- Utilize cold calling, personalized emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Value-Based Solution Selling:
- Employ a consultative sales methodology to show how BrowserStack's platform solves technical challenges.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams for seamless customer onboarding.
- Sales Strategy and Forecasting:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Develop account plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets.

- 3-6 years of experience selling complex technology products.
- Technical Acumen:
- Understanding of the SaaS business model and passion for selling to a technical audience.
- Track Record:
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas in a high-growth environment.

- Experience with the full sales lifecycle and proficiency in sales engagement platforms.

- Experience with sales engagement platforms, social selling tools, and CRM software.
