System Administrator L2.5 w/ MSP Experience – Client-Facing MSP Role with Growth, Autonomy & Full Benefits & Up to $95K

We’re partnering with a well-established, family-operated MSP in the Baltimore - Washington metro area that's been supporting SMB clients for over three decades. This is a System Administrator position designed for someone who’s not only technically sharp but also takes pride in building strong client relationships.
You’ll play a key role in supporting end users, troubleshooting M365 and networking issues, managing devices, and improving documentation and processes. It’s a technical role, but equally focused on delivering a stellar client experience.
Day to Day:
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote and onsite support across desktops, applications, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and LAN/WAN connectivity
- Configure and deploy user hardware (laptops, iPads, thin clients, etc.)
- Support mobile devices via Intune (iOS & Android)
- Create and maintain documentation, help sheets, and FAQs
- Analyze trends to identify root causes and reduce repeat issues
- Interface with both internal teams and external vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Dell)
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and trust
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a technical support or systems admin role (MSP background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and general business app support
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune
- A proactive, people-first mindset with strong documentation habits
- Ability to self-manage tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
