Account Manager - IT Staffing Firm

We’re hiring multiple Account Managers to join a high-performing team focused exclusively on IT Cloud and Managed Service Provider (MSP) staffing.

Candidates must be located in DC, MD, or VA and have Staffing/Recruitment experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Manage relationships with existing IT and MSP clients
• Take job orders and partner with recruiters to fill roles
• Submit qualified candidates and drive placements
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or staffing firm (IT staffing preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must be located in DC, MD, or VA
• Hard-working, collaborative, and dependable in a remote setting

Compensation

• Base salary + commission structure
• Year 1: $90K – $100K
• Year 2: $100K – $130K
• Year 3+: $130K – $180K+
