Your Profile
- Acquire new clients on-board to generate new business opportunities by creating proposals as per the requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, offering exceptional service and nurturing strong relationships.
- Dive deep into understanding client needs and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that go above and beyond.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Onboarding clients from non-exclusive relationship to exclusive basis & run business on a repeat pattern to meet yearly business numbers.
- Oversee payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Work closely with all business teams on business priorities and align the internal stakeholders and monitor projects.
- Set timelines and manage the internal stakeholders like product, engineering, marketing to deliver within those timelines
Your Checklist
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing within the live entertainment industry.
- Passion & knowledge of the Live Entertainment industry
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated to exceed targets
