Your Profile
- Identify and onboard new event organizers and activity partners across the region.
- Manage and support regional event organizers for regular events, shows etc.
- Help event partners list their events smoothly using our DIY onboarding process
- Handle client queries and complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Take ownership of the accounts assigned.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure event listings, promotions, and marketing are aligned
- Be a key point of contact to ensure a great experience for both partners and users
Your Checklist

- Have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Skilled in drafting emails and handling simple calculations (discounts, percentages, pricing)
