Senior Lab Technician

• Sample Handling and Processing: Collecting, labeling, and processing specimens (blood, tissue, or raw materials) for analysis.
• Testing and Analysis: Performing diagnostic tests (e.g., blood chemistry, microbiology, hematology) or quality control tests on manufactured products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operating, cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining laboratory apparatus (e.g., centrifuges, automated analyzers) to ensure accuracy.
• Data Management and Reporting: Recording test results into computer systems or logs and reporting findings to senior scientists or physicians.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, OSHA) and managing hazardous chemical waste.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring laboratory supplies, preparing necessary materials for experiments, and ensuring a tidy, sterile working environment.
