Blue Monkfish Private Limited
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is seeking a highly 7+ years experienced, result-oriented, and self-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT service-based and Digital Marketing companies.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international client handling, lead generation, outbound sales, and end-to-end project coordination. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Generate qualified leads through:
- LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo and similar prospecting tools
- Upwork & freelance platforms
- AI-based lead generation platforms
- Online research and networking channels
- Handle US and international clients independently
- Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and outbound sales campaigns
- Manage company profiles and proposal platforms such as:
- Clutch
- DesignRush
- Other B2B listing platforms
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT, Digital Marketing, and Creative solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery
- Monitor ongoing projects and maintain strong client relationships
- Support SEO project coordination and campaign management when required
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (minimum $3000 sales target)
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition / Sales
- Mandatory experience working with IT Service-Based Companies and Digital Marketing Agencies
- Proven experience handling US & international clients
- Strong expertise in:
- LinkedIn lead generation
- Apollo or similar tools
- Cold calling & email marketing
- Sales automation and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of:

- Digital Marketing Services

- Creative & Branding Services
- Ability to independently manage clients, projects, and revenue goals

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
