Role Overview:

A Jewelry Field Merchandiser is responsible for visiting retail stores, ensuring proper display of jewelry products, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales through visual merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail stores regularly to manage jewelry displays
Ensure products are presented attractively (cleaning, polishing, arranging)
Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Build strong relationships with store staff and managers
Train store staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
Track sales performance and provide feedback to the company
Ensure security and proper handling of high-value jewelry items
Report competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills
