Merchandiser

Role Overview:

A Jewelry Field Merchandiser is responsible for visiting retail stores, ensuring proper display of jewelry products, maintaining brand standards, and driving sales through visual merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to manage jewelry displays
• Ensure products are presented attractively (cleaning, polishing, arranging)
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers
• Train store staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Track sales performance and provide feedback to the company
• Ensure security and proper handling of high-value jewelry items
• Report competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills

• Knowledge of jewelry (gold, diamond, gemstones preferred)
• Strong visual merchandising sense
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic sales understanding

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
