Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for the Ernakulam branch.
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans based on organizational growth requirements.
  • Handle recruitment for academic, sales, operations, marketing, and corporate roles.
  • Build strong sourcing channels through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
  • Coordinate with department heads and management regarding manpower planning and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct HR interviews, candidate evaluations, and salary negotiations.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
  • Manage onboarding coordination and ensure smooth joining process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports for management.
  • Mentor and supervise recruitment team members to improve hiring efficiency and performance.
  • Organize walk-ins, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and hiring platforms.
  • Experience in team handling and recruitment planning.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in educational institutions or training industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in bulk hiring and leadership hiring.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
