We are looking for someone who is available to travel to our Arlington, VA office on an as-needed basis. Clearance: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.  Job Description: In this full-time position as a Senior Project Leader, you will lead and oversee federal contracts while managing four key focus areas: financial performance, quality, personnel, and growth. You will be responsible for optimizing resource utilization, supporting the full acquisition lifecycle, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this senior leader will contribute to internal program management optimization, quality assurance initiatives, and routine contracts administration. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
