Job Location:
This is a hybrid position. We are looking for someone who is available to travel to our Arlington, VA office on an as-needed basis.
Clearance:
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
Job Description:
In this full-time position as a Senior Project Leader, you will lead and oversee federal contracts while managing four key focus areas: financial performance, quality, personnel, and growth. You will be responsible for optimizing resource utilization, supporting the full acquisition lifecycle, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this senior leader will contribute to internal program management optimization, quality assurance initiatives, and routine contracts administration. In this position, you will also:
- Support the development, implementation and management of quality assurance policies and procedures across multiple clients and projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, HR, finance/accounting, legal, and project teams.
- Mentor and guide development of BWG Project Leaders.
- Support the automation of routine contracts administration tasks, including developing NDAs, TAs, and subcontracts with teaming partners and subcontractors.
- Manage internal contract kick-offs, ensuring roles & responsibilities are understood, deliverables are defined, and that each project is setup for success at the start of each period of performance.
- Complete contract modifications, ensuring timely and accurate updates to terms and conditions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience supporting federal programs or contracts.
- 5+ years of experience with contracts management within the government contracting sector.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions to customers using Agile methods.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience automating tasks, analyzing data with AI tools and working with machine learning models.
- Proven ability to manage contract lifecycle activities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience managing digital transformation and/or technology implementation programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
- Experience with Unanet reports.
- Strong financial acumen and/or financial analysis experience.
- Experience with industry standard quality and process improvement frameworks (ISO 9000, CMMI, CMMC, etc).
- CGFM and/or CDFM certification.

Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
