Senior HR Recruiter

BioGenex Life Sciences Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.

Role: Senior HR Recruiter

RecruiterLocation: Aerospace SEZ, Adibatla, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred

Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, capable of hiring across levels—from Associate to Director roles—while closely collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individually Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, and closure)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS (Zoho or similar), and job portals
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate with hiring managers
• Administer and evaluate psychometric and domain assessments
• Work closely with top-level management on hiring requirements
• Generate offer letters and handle pre-onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily recruitment trackers
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Functional hiring)
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or any ATS platform
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting
• Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders
• Proven experience hiring across junior to leadership roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or Manufacturing industry
• Basic AI skills
