Job Responsibilities

Strong command over written and spoken English with grammatically correct communication.
Provide client support by assisting clients and resolving queries via email, chat, and voice calls.
Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses and effective query resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
Respond to client tickets, follow-ups, and other support requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
Be well-versed with MS Office applications.

Mandatory Requirements

Must be comfortable working in a continuous night shift.
5 days working with rotational weekly offs.
Work from Office (Aundh, Pune).
