Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM - Research & Development (Antibody‑Drug Conjugate molecules) | BiosimilarsExperience: 12 to 18 Years (R&D, ADC molecules, biosimilars)Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / PhD (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences)Key Responsibilities:- Identify suppliers/vendors for raw materials & consumables for ADC molecules to support the purchase team- Identify suppliers/vendors for equipment at R&D and pilot scale for ADC processes- Establish processes for ADC molecules from lab scale to production scale- Support QC in developing IPC (In‑process Control) and release testing methods for ADC molecules- Build and manage R&D and pilot‑scale manufacturing teams- Support design and setup of ADC facility for R&D lab and pilot-scale operations
