Executive – QA QMS (Injectable) Department: Quality Assurance – QMS Experience: 5 to 10 Years Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MScJob Responsibilities:Independently handle investigations related to deviations and market complaints.Review, approve, and monitor CAPA implementation along with effectiveness verification.Review and approve change controls, risk assessments, and associated documentation.Coordinate product recall activities as per regulatory requirements and SOPs.Prepare and coordinate Field Alert Reports (FAR) for regulated markets including the USA.Notify customers regarding critical quality events as per QTA requirements.Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.Coordinate with cross-functional departments for closure of quality system activities.Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.Ensure timely closure of QMS records and maintain compliance metrics.
