Officer – QA QMS (Injectable) Department: Quality Assurance – QMS Experience: 2 to 5 Years Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MScJob Responsibilities:Handle investigation of deviations and market complaints.Support review, approval, and closure of CAPA with effectiveness checks.Assist in review and approval of change controls and risk assessments.Coordinate documentation activities related to product recall procedures.Support preparation and coordination of Field Alert Reports (FAR) for the USA market.Notify customers regarding major quality events as per Quality Technical Agreement (QTA).Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Maintain QMS documentation and records as per company procedures.Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness activities.
