About the role
- Manage production of brand activations, pop-ups, and live events end-to-end
- Work with creative and client teams to bring ideas to life on the ground
- Be the main point of contact during live events
On-ground execution
- Plan and run event set-up, execution, and teardown
- Create timelines, run-of-show documents, and team briefings
- Make sure everything is on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
- Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve on the spot
Vendor & logistics
- Source and manage vendors — fabricators, AV, staffing, F&B, security, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and keep costs in check
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network across cities
- Ensure venues and suppliers meet safety and compliance requirements
Brand activations & pop-ups
- Turn creative concepts into practical production plans
- Oversee fabrication, installation, and set builds
- Maintain brand look and feel throughout the build process
- Check feasibility of ideas before they go into production
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
