Duties

Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Collaborate with attorneys and clients on intellectual property strategies.
Provide technical expertise in telecommunications and software.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent.
Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, or software.
Admitted to practice before the USPTO.

Education
