Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate to join its team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will focus on working with emerging growth companies and institutional investors, handling venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and advising on corporate matters.

Duties

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
Participate in high-level legal activities such as negotiations and trials.

Requirements
