A law firm seeks a Transactional Antitrust Attorney for its Antitrust and Competition practice group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have experience in antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and merger enforcement actions.

Duties

Advise clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance.
Represent clients before antitrust enforcement authorities.
Handle government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests.

Requirements

Experience in antitrust and competition law.
Experience with government antitrust investigations.
Admitted or eligible for admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
