**Salary Range: **The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $70,392 to $119,187, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
**Benefits:** We offer a competitive benefits package and pension.
Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).
**-Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.**
-Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.
**Job Summary:**
School Psychologist - Grades K-12
1.0 FTE temporary contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process to June 25, 2027.
Must be registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia Association of School Psychologists. Experience conducting and interpreting standardized assessments would be considered an asset. Experience in school settings would also be considered an asset.
This is a District position that will have a home base of either Cranbrook or the Elk Valley. Please note that all work will be on site.
