Baptist Health is hiring a Patient Advocate, Nurse to join the Patient Advocacy team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located at Baptist Clay.

Patient Representative, Guest Services. Serves as a liaison for patients during their hospital stay. Welcomes patients and families; explains procedures, polices and services and responds to non-clinical needs and requests. Acts as key responder to resolve complaints and grievances and is a resource to staff in service recovery situations. Develops and delivers service excellence/patient experience training for all staff and assists leadership with service excellence improvement initiatives.
