About the Role
We are seeking a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for healthcare staffing requirements across the United States. This role involves sourcing, screening, submitting, and coordinating qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent healthcare opportunities.
Responsibilities
Source healthcare candidates through job boards, ATS, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Recruit candidates for roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Allied Health, Therapy, Imaging, Lab, and other clinical positions
Screen candidates based on license, certifications, experience, shift preference, location, availability, and pay expectations
Coordinate submissions, interview follow-ups, compliance documentation, and onboarding support
Maintain candidate pipelines, update ATS records, and work closely with account managers and recruitment leads
Requirements
Experience in US Healthcare Staffing preferred
Knowledge of healthcare roles, licenses, certifications, and travel staffing process preferred
Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Vivian, LinkedIn, or similar platforms preferred
Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills required
Must be comfortable working night shift / US shift in a fast-paced recruitment environment
