What You’ll Do (Core Role)

1. Direct Response Ad Copywriting (Primary Role)

● Write high-converting ad copy for:

○ Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

○ Google Ads

○ YouTube / short-form scripts

● Create:

○ Scroll-stopping hooks (first 3 seconds)

○ Primary text variations

○ Headlines & CTAs

● Work across proven frameworks:

○ Problem → Agitation → Solution

○ Hook → Story → Offer → CTA

○ Pain → Root Cause → Mechanism → Outcome

👉 Your copy will be judged on CTR, CPL, and conversions — not creativity.

2. Ad Research & Competitive Breakdown (High Priority)

● Study winning ads using:

○ Meta Ad Library

○ Competitor funnels

● Break down:

○ Hooks & angles

○ Offer positioning

○ Messaging structure

○ Creative formats

● Build ad research docs:

○ Why the ad works

○ Who it targets

○ How we can replicate or improve it👉 Your job is to reverse engineer winners — not guess.

3. Creative Ideation & Testing

● Generate 10–20 hook variations regularly

● Work with media buyers to:

○ Test new angles

○ Improve CTR & CPA

● Turn insights into:

○ New ad concepts

○ Scalable creatives
