Microbiology Laboratory Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for performing microbiological testing, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, and water samples
• Perform tests like microbial limit test, sterility test, and environmental monitoring
• Maintain aseptic conditions and follow GMP/GLP guidelines
• Prepare culture media and maintain microbial cultures
• Record and analyze test results accurately
• Handle lab instruments like autoclave, incubator, laminar airflow, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper documentation of the lab
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of microbiological techniques
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
