Category Manager - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join a dynamic healthcare organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management to drive value and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end negotiations, solicitations, pricing agreements, and bid proposals
• Prepare, review, redline, and maintain contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Align procurement and category strategies with organizational goals
• Proactively manage and deliver multiple projects and sourcing initiatives

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare environment
• Proven experience to independently manage:
• Contract negotiations
• Supplier agreements
• Pricing strategies
• Bid/RFP processes
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and compliance standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
