About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can create, execute, and optimize email campaigns that generate qualified leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate should understand B2B marketing, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and lead nurturing. This role is focused on reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting CFOs, Finance Heads, Procurement Heads, IT Leaders, and decision-makers.
- Build and manage prospect databases and audience segmentation.
- Create compelling email sequences, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into demos and business opportunities.
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices.
- Manage email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms.
