<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We're seeking a <strong>Senior Manager, HUB Clinical Care</strong> to join our dynamic team at AscellaHealth, where your expertise will directly contribute to improving health outcomes for patients with complex, chronic conditions and rare diseases. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and champion a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership to define market priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure every patient receives the highest quality of care. This is also a rare chance to build something from the ground up<strong>.</strong> As the driver of our new Site of Care program, you'll spearhead efforts to transition patients from hospital-based medication administration to home-based care, expanding access and improving outcomes as new therapies are approved. This would be an ideal role for someone who provides clinical services, such as a Nurse (RN), Pharmacist, <span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner.</span></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in clinical management, managed care contracting, or related experience within the healthcare or payer industry.</span></li>
