Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management:
Manage the company’s network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades and maintenance of all network hardware as required.
- Technical Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on priority, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
- Printer & Scanner Management:
Possess strong knowledge of network printers and network scanners, including setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Network Devices Expertise:
Good knowledge of networking devices such as switches, Wi-Fi modems, VLAN, port security, inter-VLAN, VLAN trunking, and DHCP configuration.
- Windows Server Management:
Strong understanding of Windows Server roles including ADDS, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, FTP, file sharing, data permissions, and network sharing.
- Linux Skills:
Ability to resolve Linux-related issues, install and upgrade Linux servers, and deploy new servers on fresh machines.
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems:
Experience with NVR/DVR systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Asset Management:
Maintain hardware inventory and ensure proper asset tagging for all IT equipment.
- Firewall Administration:
Manage and troubleshoot firewall issues, including creating allow/deny rules for users, groups, and web portals.
- Application Support:
Provide technical assistance for software platforms including CRM, Keka, Lawrbit, CompuOffice and Tally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration / Networking.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (ADDS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy).
- Basic Linux administration experience (installation, troubleshooting, upgrades).
- Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer & scanner troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking: switches, VLAN, DHCP, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP.
- Experience in firewall configuration and access rule management.
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems (NVR/DVR).
- Experience supporting applications such as CRM / Keka / Tally / CompuOffice (preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
