About the job:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Salary:
15,000 18,000 (Depends on interview performance)
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, or social media
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Good problem-solving and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
