Aquent is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support a fast-moving marketing organization. In this role, you will help senior marketing leaders maintain accurate budget and headcount tracking, prepare for recurring business reviews, coordinate planning deliverables, and synthesize information across stakeholders. This is not a traditional campaign marketing role. The right candidate will bring strong business operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep complex workstreams organized across a matrixed environment.

This role acts as an extension of marketing leadership, supporting resource management, business coordination, planning, and operational decision-making. You will also help triage stakeholder needs and route teams to the right resources, global functions, or self-service options.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing operations, business operations, sales operations, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with budget forecasting, resource management, or headcount tracking.
• Experience supporting business rhythms, leadership reviews, planning cycles, or operating cadences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, synthesize, and present complex information.
• Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customer-facing teams.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor while owning deliverables independently.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Ability to support leaders on emerging business needs such as investment appraisal, planning, and organizational design.
