Our client, a (Tech industry), is looking to hire a (Marketing Operations professional/ Marketing Operations Leader) in (Arlington, VA).

Job Title- Marketing Operations professional/ Marketing Operations Leader

Location - Arlington, VA (onsite)

Duration - 9+ months of contract (possibility of extension)

Rate - $55 to $60/hr. on w2 (depends on exp)

Job description

• Own resource management, including maintaining accurate budget forecasts, tracking spend, and managing headcount planning tools.
• Drive business operations and planning rhythms, ensuring marketing leaders are prepared for business reviews, operating cadences, and leadership meetings.
• Manage annual and quarterly planning cycles, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional execution.
• Act as a strategic partner and extension of Senior Marketing Leaders, helping identify challenges, evaluate investments, and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as the interface between Worldwide Marketing teams and global functions, coordinating dependencies, resources, and operational needs.
• Support marketing team efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence across complex programs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to triage requests, connect teams with resources, and enable scalable marketing operations.
• Strong individual contributor with excellent organization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Resource Management - ensuring budget tool forecasts are maintained and accurate
