- **Creator Sourcing & Campaign Support:**
- Identify, research, and recommend creators across popular social platforms, including short-form video, image-based, and long-form video channels, as well as emerging platforms.
- Support the full lifecycle of influencer campaign execution, from initial creator selection through final content delivery.
- Evaluate creators based on critical metrics such as audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives.
- Continuously monitor creator trends and proactively surface new partnership opportunities to the team.
- **Content Review & Quality Assurance:**
- Review influencer content submissions rigorously to ensure alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices.
- Coordinate revision requests and feedback loops efficiently between creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain robust content approval workflows and accurately track asset status across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- **Platform Management:**
- Serve as a primary day-to-day operator for creator workflow platforms.
- Source creator content and manage creator submissions within the platform.
- Maintain meticulous campaign organization, facilitate creator communications, and ensure accurate asset tracking.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and platform adoption.
- **Influencer Content Trafficking:**
- Manage influencer content trafficking and asset delivery across major social media platforms.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Paid Media and Social teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and in the proper format.
- Track usage rights, deliverables, and maintain comprehensive campaign asset libraries.
- Support paid amplification efforts by organizing creator assets and required documentation.
- **Reporting & Operations:**
- Maintain comprehensive campaign trackers, creator databases, and workflow documentation.
- Assist with influencer program reporting and performance recaps.
- Support gifting initiatives, product seeding, and creator logistics as needed.
- Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across the influencer program.
- *Must-Have Qualifications**
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and the broader creator ecosystem trends.
- Proven experience working with influencer marketing platforms and creator tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
