Continuous Improvement Manager

Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement / Operations Manager to lead process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will drive operational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, A3, and 5 Whys methodologies

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Safety

Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and implement sustainable operational improvements

Support MES/SAP systems, production reporting, and KPI tracking (OEE, scrap, downtime)

Lead Lean manufacturing tools such as value stream mapping, visual management, and standard work

Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects

Coach and develop teams to build a strong continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving

Experience with SAP, MES, MRP, or ERP systems

Ability to lead in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

Preferred

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
