Shipping and Receiving / Warehouse Worker / Coordinator

Full-Time Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:00pm)

$21.00/hour

Hiring experienced Shipping Coordinators, Warehouse Workers, Shipping Clerks, Dispatch Clerks, and Warehouse Administrators for a busy warehouse / distribution environment. Ideal for candidates with courier booking, freight coordination, and shipping documentation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage outbound shipments using couriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Freightcom)
• Coordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments (Erb, Maritime Ontario, pallet shipping)
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, BOLs (Bills of Lading), packing slips, and labels
• Reconcile shipping invoices, freight costs, and carrier billing
• Maintain shipping logs, tracking, and delivery updates
• Order and manage shipping and packaging supplies
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets using a pallet wrapper
• Load pallets using a Reach Truck (minimal forklift work)
• Support overall shipping, receiving, and warehouse logistics operations

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Strong knowledge of courier platforms (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Freightcom)
• Experience with freight booking, LTL/FTL shipments, and carrier coordination
• Ability to handle shipping documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Valid Reach Truck license with 2–3 years experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
