In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier Talent Acquisition professionals to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow R4R recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to build pipelines for critical recruiting roles and help drive our company’s continued growth and success.<br><br><strong><em>Location(s): Costa Mesa CA, Seattle WA, Boston MA.</em></strong><br><br>WHAT YOU’LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active Recruiting candidates (e.g., Technical Recruiters, Production Recruiters, G&A Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, TA Managers, TA Operations).</li> <li>Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective Talent Acquisition professionals through tailored messaging and personalized communication, showcasing our company's value proposition for recruiters.</li> <li>Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various Recruiting roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality Talent Acquisition talent.</li> <li>Collaboration: Partner with R4R Recruiters and TA Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, market nuances, and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals for our Talent Acquisition team.</li> <li>Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows specific to the Talent Acquisition market.</li> </ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record specifically <em>sourcing for and placing Recruiters</em> and other Talent Acquisition or Human Resource professionals.</li> <li>Talent Acquisition Acumen: Deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, various recruiting roles, and candidate profiles. Familiarity with different recruiting methodologies, tools, and challenges faced by recruiters.</li> <li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence Talent Acquisition candidates and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions regarding the recruiter talent market.</li> <li>Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other specialized sourcing tools.</li> <li>Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced R4R environment.</li> </ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Industry Expertise: Proven experience sourcing Recruiters who specialize in high-growth tech companies, startups, or niche/highly regulated industries (e.g., AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar).</li> <li>Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li> <li>Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.</li> <li>Resilient & Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly when facing tough-to-find recruiter profiles.</li> <li>Exceptional Communication: Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration within the R4R team. Practices active listening and engages thoughtfully.</li> <li>Strong Sense of Ownership: Takes full accountability for their responsibilities and stays aligned with the mission of building a world-class Talent Acquisition team.
