We’re looking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager who understands how beauty brands grow on marketplaces — especially Nykaa. Someone who knows how platform visibility work together to drive revenue.

This role is about owning and scaling AMINU’s presence across marketplaces, with a strong focus on Nykaa — improving discoverability, driving conversions, and building a strong brand presence.

What You Will Do

Own and drive AMINU’s growth on marketplaces, with a strong focus on Nykaa — improving discoverability and revenue with a strong ROI.

What We’re Looking For

Hands -on experience working on Nykaa marketplace (must-have)
If you are a Brand Manager or a Category Manager in Nykaa its a big plus
4+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace marketing
Experience managing sale events and product launches
Ability to improve both visibility and conversions
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive

Good to have

Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
