We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer / Production Member to join our innovative team! Duties

• Develop and execute captivating visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and print advertising using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or CorelDRAW.
• Collaborate with the art direction team to create cohesive branding elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual identity assets.
• Design engaging layouts for web pages, email templates, and content management systems such as WordPress and Contentful.
• Assist in sign manufacturing projects by creating production-ready artwork with precise layout design and typesetting standards.
• Manage color accuracy through color management techniques ensuring consistency across digital and print outputs.
• Support photography sessions by capturing high-quality images or manipulating photos through photo manipulation techniques to meet project needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of marketing trends, typography, color theory, and digital art practices to inform creative decisions.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design or digital art roles with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and web design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Printers and T-shirt or production design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout design, color management, and typesetting standards.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
