This is a full-time permanent Med-Surg RN position in an acute care hospital setting.

Position Details:

• Full-time permanent role
• Direct hire with the hospital
• Med-Surg unit
• Three-year commitment required

Requirements

• Active Canadian or US RN license
• NCLEX-RN passed
• Canadian citizenship required for TN Visa Sponsorship
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based RN experience

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct bedside nursing care for adult medical and post-surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
• Identify changes in patient condition and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, diagnoses, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
