This is a full-time permanent Dialysis RN position within a hospital-affiliated dialysis program.

Position Details

• Full-time permanent role

• Dialysis RN position
• Three-year commitment required
• Nurses may rotate between multiple dialysis clinics within the same healthcare system in the local area

Requirements

• Active Canadian RN license
• NCLEX-RN passed
• Canadian citizenship required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Dialysis RN experience required

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments
• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor vital signs, lab values, and patient responses throughout treatment
• Administer medications and manage dialysis access sites according to protocol
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards
