Private Equity Associate, Infrastructure

A leading investment platform focused on infrastructure and energy is looking to add a Private Equity Associate to its New York team. The firm invests across power, gas, and broader energy infrastructure, with a strong track record of executing complex, large-scale transactions.

This is an opportunity to join a highly active team with exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working on critical infrastructure assets and energy transition themes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for infrastructure and energy investments
• Support execution of transactions across power, gas, and related sectors
• Conduct due diligence, including market analysis, asset-level evaluation, and industry research
• Prepare investment materials and present findings to senior team members
• Monitor portfolio companies and support ongoing asset management initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Interest in infrastructure, energy, and power markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
