Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a range of industries and transaction types
- Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis

- Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives
- Prepare investment committee materials and internal presentations
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or leveraged finance
- Direct investing experience in Infrastructure or Energy sectors
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Experience working on M&A or principal investment transactions
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
