Role Description As a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager based in Hisar, you will oversee Akari Studios’ presence across major social platforms. You will plan and execute social media calendars, create and publish engaging posts, and manage day-to-day channel activities. The role includes monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing an active online community. You will collaborate with creative and production teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals, while tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on data. You will also support campaign planning, coordinate with clients or partners when needed, and prepare regular performance reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and online communities.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning posts with brand and campaign objectives.
• Solid Writing skills for crafting captions, short-form copy, and platform-appropriate messaging.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Hisar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, media, or creative industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
