Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. This role will be responsible for driving sales, managing platform relationships, optimizing campaigns, and scaling brand visibility through content, creators, and paid strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Growth

  • Own end-to-end management of TikTok Shop account
  • Drive GMV, revenue, and ROI targets
  • Identify growth opportunities via campaigns, offers, and assortment expansion

2. Platform & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with TikTok account managers and partner teams
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok policies and guidelines
  • Stay updated with new TikTok Shop features and beta programs

3. Content & Creator Strategy

  • Work with creators, influencers, and affiliates to drive sales
  • Plan and execute live commerce (TikTok LIVE) sessions
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams for high-performing short videos

4. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and optimize TikTok Ads (In-Feed, Spark Ads, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Scale winning creatives and audiences

5. Merchandising & Catalog Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
  • Optimize product pages for conversion (images, descriptions, reviews)
  • Launch new SKUs aligned with trends

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly performance metrics
  • Build dashboards and share actionable insights
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop / social commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & creator economy
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / analytics tools
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in D2C / beauty / fashion / lifestyle categories
  • Prior work with influencers or affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with tools like TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify, or similar

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • GMV growth & revenue targets
  • ROAS / CAC efficiency
  • Creator-led sales contribution
  • Engagement & conversion rates

Bonus / Nice to Have

  • Experience in international TikTok markets (UK, US, SEA)
