About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist with strong technical and content SEO expertise to drive organic growth for our travel platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost bookings across travel services including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and destination content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Conduct advanced keyword research for travel-related queries including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and destination searches
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, and site performance issues
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, canonical tags, and structured data
  • Plan and implement content SEO strategies including destination pages, city pages, blogs, and travel guides
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify keyword opportunities and ranking gaps
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns using ethical (white-hat) techniques
  • Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
  • Implement schema markup for travel-related pages such as hotels, flights, reviews, and FAQs
  • Monitor performance using SEO tools and create weekly/monthly SEO reports
  • Work closely with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
  • Hands-on experience with large websites or e-commerce/travel platforms
  • Experience with SEO tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs
  • Screaming Frog
  • Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
  • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret SEO data
  • Experience in content optimization and SEO-driven content planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in Travel, OTA, Tourism, or Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of international SEO, multilingual SEO, and geo-targeting
  • Experience handling high-volume keyword projects
  • Understanding of local SEO strategies

  • Growth in domain authority and quality backlinks

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
