Security Engineer- Web Proxy and DLP

As a Security Engineer specializing in Web Proxy and DLP solutions, your role involves implementing and managing web security controls to safeguard organizational data and ensure secure internet access. With 3+ years of experience, you will work on Proxy solutions like Zscaler and Web Data Loss Prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Secure Web Gateway (Proxy) solutions such as Zscaler.
• Implement and manage Web DLP policies to prevent sensitive data leakage over web channels.
• Configure URL filtering, SSL inspection, web access control, and threat protection policies.
• Monitor proxy and DLP alerts, and investigate suspicious web activity or data exfiltration attempts.
• Fine-tune security policies to reduce false positives and enhance detection accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with SOC teams for incident response.
• Implement data protection controls for web uploads, cloud applications, and SaaS platforms.
• Support proxy authentication integration with Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Manage proxy agent deployments and ensure compliance across endpoints.
• Generate security reports and dashboards for management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with network, endpoint, and cloud teams to develop an integrated security architecture.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CASB solutions.
• Exposure to Endpoint DLP or Email DLP.
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture.
