You have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager with 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for significantly improving the inventory management efficiency of the supply chain. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing logistics team capabilities to improve inventory turns by ensuring on-time delivery to Retail, Trade, and Value Channel stores.
  • Working towards reducing the retail warehouse to store stock in transit (above 15 days) to zero.
  • Ensuring superior and reliable customer service levels by focusing on cleaner and "healthier" accounts of transporters.
  • Implementing strategies to reduce costs in the supply chain and ensure high supply chain cost efficiency.
  • Conducting forward audits, transport hub visits, and monitoring and guiding LSP for adopting industry best practices to reduce stock write-off due to supply chain issues.
  • Closing customer claims within set target time frames for both Trade and Retail customers.
  • Collecting and reconciling Pods week-on-week for Trade and Retail segments.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve a 95% retail transport performance in top cities under a new project.
  • Driving initiatives to achieve 95% on-time delivery for top cities and aggressively reducing delivery lead time month-on-month and year-on-year.
