Role overview

This position sits within the corporate wellness function and supports business development efforts for the Maharashtra market. The role focuses on assisting senior team members with client-facing material, coordinating across internal teams, and tracking opportunities in the wellness and health insurance space.

Client pitch support

• Support the creation of polished client pitch documents.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and related meeting collateral for prospective clients.
• Work alongside senior sales and marketing colleagues to keep all material consistent with brand guidelines and company messaging.

Lead follow-up and stakeholder coordination

• Follow up with internal stakeholders such as product, marketing, and operations to secure timely responses to client questions.
• Partner with internal teams to manage lead movement and help ensure a smooth customer journey from first contact to final closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs so client requirements are addressed efficiently and deal timelines are streamlined.

Opportunity tracking and reporting

• Track opportunities in the corporate wellness pipeline, including lead generation, movement through the funnel, and closures.
• Maintain visibility on progress and status across active opportunities.

Market mapping and research

• Identify opportunities across health insurance and wellness segments, with a focus on corporate clients and government business.
• Carry out market research to surface potential customers and business prospects.
• Work with senior team members to shape outreach strategy for high-potential accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of client pitch decks, proposals, and meeting documents.
