As a Sales Manager for Pharmaceutical Machinery specializing in Blister Cartoning Machines, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for imported machines and related pharmaceutical packaging solutions across India.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharma manufacturers, CMOs, and contract fillers.

You should possess the following required skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging/filling processes, preferably tube-filling or similar equipment.
- Prior experience in selling imported industrial machinery (not just local equipment).
- Comfort presenting technical concepts to engineers and plant-level decision makers.
- Ability to manage multi-location accounts and travel frequently across India.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales-tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati).
